2. B2B Quote-to-Order Binding Our operations are built for a "Low-Touch, High-Scale" machine. Acceptance of a digital quote via Shopify B2B or our CRM interface constitutes a binding production contract. Once the order status moves to "Production Sync" (the moment the data is sent to our manufacturing facility), cancellations or modifications are not permitted due to the bespoke nature of the automation cycle.
3. Institutional Net-30 and Payments For approved institutional partners (Universities, Military Programs, and Greek Life Nationals), payment terms are Net-30 from the date of the Seattle dispatch.
