1. The Quality Gate Every custom stole undergoes a dual-gate quality check. Following manufacturing, items are shipped to our fulfillment hub for a final one-by-one inspection before being dispatched to the customer. This ensures a "Perfect Product" delivery for high-stakes graduation ceremonies.
2. Shipping Lead Times Our standard "Zero-Friction" delivery window is typically 21 to 28 days from the date of quote acceptance. "Shipping Date" refers specifically to the moment the package leaves our facility. Stoles University is not responsible for delays caused by international customs or carrier-specific logistics.
3. Returns & Refunds
Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of embroidered, screen-printed, and DTF-transfer stoles, all sales are final once production begins.
Blank Stoles: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. All returned blank items are subject to a 13% restocking fee plus the deduction of original shipping costs.
Manufacturing Defects: In the rare event of a defect identified upon arrival, Stoles University will initiate an "Express Remake" at no additional cost to the client.
